Pulse is an LGBTQ+ social discovery platform committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive community. We enforce strict content standards to protect all members from harassment, exploitation, and harmful content.

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account action: explicit nudity or sexual content, content sexualizing minors (zero tolerance — reported to NCMEC), hate speech targeting identity, threats or harassment, spam or solicitation, impersonation, and content that facilitates illegal activity.

PulseVibe uses automated tools and human review to help identify content that may violate our policies. Moderation systems may analyze submitted content, and members can report profiles or content for review. Automated systems assist our safety efforts but may not identify every violation.

Every profile includes a Report & Block button. Reports are categorised (fake profile, spam, inappropriate photos, harassment, underage user) and reviewed by our moderation team. Reporters receive a follow-up when action is taken. Repeated false reporting may result in action against the reporter.

We prioritize reports based on their nature and potential severity, with urgent safety concerns receiving higher priority. Review times can vary depending on the circumstances and information available. Appropriate action is taken after review when a violation is identified.

Depending on severity, enforcement may include: content removal, formal warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or referral to law enforcement. Banned users may not create new accounts. Appeals can be submitted to safety@pulsevibe.org.
